Dr. Robert McNeill and Alden Porter III are the co-creators of Profit Acceleration College, combining their expertise to empower professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners in revenue and profit growth.
Dr. Rob, with a background in Clinical Sociology and behavioral coaching, blends business strategy with emotional intelligence to drive transformational growth. His upbringing in Queens, New York, and his diverse career in finance, leadership, and behavioral coaching give him a unique perspective on personal and business success. Currently a leadership trainer for the City of Houston, he helps clients navigate both personal development and business growth.
Mr. Porter, founder of Alden Executive Advisors, brings corporate and entrepreneurial expertise to the table. With experience leading global IT projects at Ford Motor Company and providing strategic IT solutions as a small business owner, Mr. Porter specializes in transforming professionals into profit and revenue growth experts. He recruits and trains business coaches, develops customized business strategies, and mentors clients to achieve financial success, working closely with coaches to maximize their impact.
Together, they created Profit Acceleration College to offer cutting-edge training designed to elevate businesses and professionals, equipping them with the tools to drive growth and long-term success.
Alden Porter III
With experience leading global IT projects at Ford Motor Company and providing strategic IT solutions as a small business owner, Alden combines corporate and entrepreneurial expertise.
He recruits and trains business coaches, develops customized business strategies, and mentors clients to achieve their financial goals, working with coaches in the evenings to maximize his impact.
Dr. Robert McNeill
Dr. Robert McNeill combines business strategy and behavioral science to drive transformational growth for professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders. His background in Clinical Sociology, business acumen, and emotional intelligence forms the core of his approach.
Raised in Queens, New York, by a psychiatric nurse and a business owner, Dr. Rob developed a deep understanding of human emotions and business demands. His career spans finance, leadership, and behavioral coaching, with roles as a financial advisor, mortgage loan officer, and now a leadership trainer for the City of Houston, uniquely positioning him to guide clients in both business and personal growth.
